Monster India brings Android App

MonsterIndia.com, a division of Monster.com, an online recruitment solutions providing company has recently launched an Android App.

Sanjay Modi, Managing Director, Monster.com (India/ Middle East/ South East Asia) during the launch, said, “with our new Android application, we’re converging traditional online job searching with mobile technology to cater to a young, mobile, tech-savvy working population, giving them an on-the-go and easy-to-use mobile job search application."

This latest mobile phone application presented by Monster is aimed at offering users with a completely flexible, 24X7 platform that can be used to find and apply for suitable job opportunities at the users' own convenience.

Monster India has also introduced a latest employer/ recruiter interface on its WAP portal. Besides, it has also revamped its WAP portal offering to include features for job seekers.

The latest App provides job seekers with:
    •    Any time access to job openings on Monster.com
    •    On the go search and applying to the job postings instantly from their Android smartphones
    •    On the move Monster.com account management through their mobile phones

The latest App provides employers / recruiters with:
    •    It allows them to post, renew and manage new job postings from their mobile any time
    •    On the go search for the right candidates by shortlisting their resumes

The WAP portal for employers will now let them search, shortlist, reach out as well as interact with most suitable candidates.
