Samsung Readers Hub app comes preloaded with Samsung Galaxy Tab, Galaxy S and Galaxy S2 handset. This app provides access to a vast collection of digital library from where you can read and download books, magazines on different issues.
In addition this app gives access to international newspapers from around the world. You can create your Readers Hub account to sync with the reading list.
When you login to your account you need to update all three sections i.e. newspapers, magazines and books. For instance, if you want to read the newspapers then you need to download PressReader. Once you update all the three sections you will get access to read all books, magazines and the newspapers.
You can further sort by titles, authors or categories like non-fiction, most popular, books for kids etc. You can explore the filtering options in the Discover option.
In the books section you can search both free and paid books from the library. One good thing about this app is that you can preview the paid books that you are interested in purchasing. E.g few sample pages from the txt, publisher, author, edition details are available to the users.
The Good: App has plenty of books and magazines. You can maintain your own library after downloading and add to your reading list.
The Bad: You need to subscribe and pay money to read the newspapers. The collection of free stuff is limited and most of the books, magazines and especially newspapers are priced.
