Heard about Google Googles? Now you don't need to type in the search box, just click a picture and get the relevant search results in a few seconds.
This application is good at searching books, DVD’s, barcodes and QR codes, logos, contact info, artwork, business, products and texts. At the moment however you cannot expand your search to animals, plants, cars, furniture and apparel.
If you are in a book store and you want to check out whether this book is available at the Google book store or not just click a picture of that book and it would display results regarding its availability.
This app is available for free on the Android Market and is compatible with almost all-Android handset, which are running on Android 2.1, and above.
The Good: The good part about this app is that you now don't need to depend on the text-based search. It runs on almost all Android devices which have Android 2.1 and above. It is available for free and is a handy app to find more about places, products among others.
The Bad: For apparels, animals and for a few other things Google googles doesn't work as well.
