Micromax G4 Gamolution review

Micromax G4 Gamolution was launched during the IPL 3 T20 matches and the device was aggressively promoted in TV adverts by the company's brand ambassador Akshay Kumar.

There is no denying that the Micromax Gamolution instantly became the talk of the town - and the credit must be given to Akshay Kumar, who featured in the promo ads of this gaming mobile phone.

The phone caught attention of the young mobile phone users as this was a unique offering by Micromax. The Gamolution came preloaded with motion sensor gaming console and four free games for the users.

A contraction of Gaming Evolution, the device offers Bluetooth Game Dongle, Lanyards – Wristband, Games CD, Game Codes and Game Manual for ultimate gaming experience to the Gamolution mobile phone users.

The high point of this device is obviously its free Bluetooth dongle that you can attach to your PC. Along with that, you get installable DVD disc of games with this phone.

Once you connect all these, your phone becomes a desi version of Nintendo Wii remote. You can now play games of tennis, bowling and badminton on your device.

Although, it may be a shameless rip off of Nintendo's console, but the execution is nearly perfect. If you try playing any game on this handset, you will agree that the games and motion controls are somewhat a pleasant experience.

The Micromax G4 Gamolution device obeys direction commands within reasonable limits while playing games offered on this phone. You also have the option to play doubles if your friend happens to possess the similar handset.

Overall, the Micromax G4 Gamolution is a nice device at an approximate budget price point of Rs. 5,000 in India.
