Idea Cellular announces new STVs for Kolkata and WB

Idea Cellular has announced low cost special tariff vouchers for its subscribers in Kolkata and West Bengal region.

To remain competitive in the market covered by 3 CDMA and 8 GSM operators, Idea has revised some existing STVs and introduced new STVs for these regions.

The user gets 200 local and national SMS free by paying Rs. 27 for a validity period of 30 days. Another voucher worth Rs. 13 offers 75 local and national SMS with a 15 day validity period. The user enjoys unlimited onnet calling upto midnight by paying Rs. 15, while the voucher worth Rs. 249 offers unlimited onnet calling FUP with up to 100 (Idea to Idea) minutes per day for a validity period of 30 days.

Local onnet calls can be made @10p/min for a valid period of 15 and 30 days by purchasing a voucher of Rs. 17 and Rs. 26 respectively. The special tariff voucher costing Rs. 24 is valid for 30 days and charges Re 1/20 minutes between 11pm-7am for all local onnet calls.
