Tata DOCOMO introduces 'Postpay @ Doorstep Service'

Tata DOCOMO's Postpay @ Doorstep is an initiative to help customers get postpay connections with the comfort from their homes or offices. With this service, customers now have the option to call toll free number 1800 266 0000 from any mobile or landline number and the company representative will reach their doorsteps with their expert guidance to solve their respective queries.

With the launch of this service, customers will be introduced to scientific tools like Bill Plan Calculator. This tool will help suggest the best value plan to a customer, tailored to their need and based on their usage amount and usage pattern. Once a customer decides on a postpay plan, a Tata DOCOMO representative will meet her/him to collect the documents and deliver the SIM card whenever and wherever s/he desires.

Tata DOCOMO consumers can also enjoy the latest announced "Diet Plan". The Diet Plan boasts of a 'fat' to 'fit' bill for the user with an assured savings due to its aggressive per sec plans.

As part of the new plans, at 299 rental customer can get 36000 local seconds free (600 mins), and all local and STD calls @ 1p/sec. Customers with high usage pattern can also opt for other value based plans – Diet 499, Diet 799 and Super Diet Plan 1099
