The bar style Fly CG 588 mobile phone comes with dual SIM (CDMA+GSM) feature. The device is equipped with QWERTY keypad with with five-way scroll, 1.3 megapixel camera and a 5.8 cm TFT display screen. It boasts of embedded social connectivity, mail service and on-the-fly access to social networking sites and video player with recording capabilities.
The key features of this handset include FM Radio, Bluetooth, USB, polyphonic MP3 ringtones and expandable memory up to 4 GB. Powered with 1500 mAh battery, the device offers CDMA talk time up to five hours and GSM talk time up to 8 hours. You can get up to 300 hours of standby time with this device.
The device offers 500 phonebook entries with Photo Caller ID and video recording features. It comes equipped with special features such as a 3.5 mm audio jack, Nimbuzz, Snaptu, Java games support, CDMA USB MODEM, WAP: CDMA2000 1X and an Ebook Reader (*.txt file).
The Fly CG588 comes bundled with Tata Indicom offers for both voice and data usage. You can get 1GB of free data usage, 250 local on net minutes, 250 local off net minutes along with 250 free SMSs worth Rs. 1,500 with Tata Indicom at a first recharge of Rs 104.
The Fly CG 588 phone is priced at Rs. 4,795 in the Indian market.
