Huawei U8350 review: hands on pictures
We take a look at the Huawei U8350 in pictures

The Huawei U8350 Boulder is a BlackBerry-like smartphone from Huawei.
The keys on the Huawei U8350 are well-spaced and sit comfortably under the 2.6-inch capacitive touch screen.

Although the Huawei U8350 probably can't compete with the BlackBerry Bold 9900 with its super-bright display and BlackBerry keyboard, it's a pleasant device to use.
There's a circular selection button in the centre between the screen and keyboard, and on either side, directly below the screen, a call answer and a call end key.
Along the top of the hardware Qwerty you'll find the home, menu, back and search keys.

The Huawei U8350 runs on Android OS 2.2 (Froyo) and although it isn't the most recent operating system from Google, the device runs along quite happily with a 528MHz processor. It's not the speediest we've tested, but it will do for the most basic of duties.
As you'd expect from an Android device, the Huawei U8350 is perfectly capable at social networking, with integrated tools for Twitter and Facebook and all the Google tools you would want to see on an Android handset.
A 3.2-megapixel camera sits on the back and although it's not on par with the Nokia N8, you will be able to get some shots suited to posting on your Facebook page or as your Twitter status.
The 1200mAh battery will provide a decent battery life and although there's only 256 RAM (512MB ROM), you can boost storage with a 32GB microSD card.
