Kolkata Knight Riders theme for Lava A10

The Kolkata Knight Riders rode to fame by beating Deccan Chargers and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the start of the season. However after that the Knights found it difficult to shine after three consecutive blows from other teams. While the team managed to find their ground and return back to their game, they couldn't match the prowess of Super Kings and Royal Challengers.

This time round the Riders have added more Knights under their belt. They recently spent $2.1 million (£1.35 million) to pick up all-rounder Yusuf Pathan and a hefty amount for Gautam Gambhir who led India to its victory in the World Cup finals against Sri Lanka. With such fine batsmen under their wings, all we can say is 'KKR tension mat le yaar'

The cricket frenzy will begin on April 8, and see 10 teams play a total of 74 matches at 13 venues over 51 days.
