Samsung has forged a partnership with Indiblogger to promote its Galaxy Tab 750

Samsung has announced its tie-up with the blogging community Indiblogger to launch a promotion campaign for the Galaxy Tab 750. The company has organized a bloggers contest that will be followed by a bloggers meet on 20th August. Samsung will also provide a live webcast of the Galaxy Tab 750 launch on their blogs.
According to Karthik DR, director of business development, Indiblogger, quoted from Indiblogger, "Today, online media campaigns are incomplete without a blogger engagement. Bloggers have a very high credibility, trust among their readers coupled with solid networking, making them the most influential community in the online space,”. He added that this was not only a contest; rather it was India's biggest blog meet till date.
The contest has already created a buzz in the online community. We browsed through the Indiblogger site and found discovered that 90 percent of the seats for the bloggers meet in Bangalore have already been filled.
The Samsung- Indiblogger contest is the first of its kind. For the participants twenty Galaxy Tab 750s are up for grabs. Samsung has announced that along with taking home a Galaxy Tab, the winner would officially become a Samsung 'mobiler'. Being a Samsung mobiler entails receiving special offers from Samsung, having exclusive access to all Samsung launches and local invitations and inside scoops from Samsung.
The first stage of the contest went live on 4th August 2011. The contest is open to all registered users of Indiblogger. New members can easily register using a simple registration process.
Samsung is trying to create a platform where one can share his/her experiences with Samsung products and ask questions about them with contests such as this one.
India has been lucky with respect to Samsung launches. As its Galaxy Tab has been blocked by Apple in many countries, Samsung has begun to concentrate on the Asia Pacific region. In fact, all the major campaigns concerned with the tablet are taking place in India.
This announcement comes after the Samsung Galaxy Tab launch that took place on 10th August in New Delhi.
