Samsung gears up to launch another 7-inch tablet

The globally reckoned mobile phone manufacturer Samsung, seems to be planning the launch for its latest creation, a 7-inch tablet. According to a Samsung's leaked road-map this 7-inches tablet is expected to be releasing in the next couple of months.
This new Samsung tablet will be the first one to include a 7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution. As per the leak report it will be running over Android's Honeycomb version and will also feature 3G as well as Wi-Fi connectivity.
There will be dual cameras on the device,a 3-megapixel camera rear a 2-mega pixel camera on the front. The model number of the Samsung's leaked tablet is P6200 and it will be available in two variants. One will feature Wi-Fi and 3G both, while the other one will feature Wi-Fi only.
Speculations about this device are suggesting, that it just might be an update to the earlier released Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000.
Recently, the company launched its two new Galaxy Tabs in India, Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 8.9. This new news reveals Samsung's plan to capture more tablet market share.
Both Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Tab 8.9 are equipped with almost same features other than the screen size and resolution. Both these tablets have 1Ghz dual-core processor and 1GB RAM that provides them power to run smoothly and ability to multi-task.
The 3G tablets run on Android 3.1 Honeycomb and comes embedded with 16GB of internal memory along with Bluetooth 3.0 and Wi-Fi connectivity options.
