Samsung announces Star II Duos, Metro DUOS and Metro 3752 dual SIM phones in India

Samsung Electronics has officially launched 3 latest dual SIM mobile phones in the Indian market. Dubbed as Star II Duos, Metro DUOS and Metro 3752 these new mobile phones, take the tally of Samsung India's dual-SIM handsets in the country to 14. 

The Star II Duos is an innovative product under the STAR series that is embedded with full-Touch functionality. In this Samsung dual SIM handset, users can easily switch between the SIM cards without any need to switch off and switch on the mobile phone each time. Few other interesting attributes included in this device are instant messaging and dedicated widgets. Duos comes with a 3.2-megapixel camera, 30MB internal memory that can be enhanced up to 16GB of expandable memory.

Further more, the device has features like an expandable homescreen, complete, Touchwiz 3.0 interface, Quick panel and Quick type. Star II Duos' also comes packaged with SoundAlive feature for music lovers, and brings 3D effects to the normal earphones sound. There is a FindMusic option that assists the users with identifying the unknown songs as well.

The other handset Samsung Metro Duos is known for its classic looks. It also comes equipped with the dual SIM capabilities and is aimed at those who like to own a media-rich phone. The Samsung dual SIM phone offers direct access to social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter and also to some instant messaging sites like Facebook Chat, Yahoo, GTalk and MSN.

Last but not the least is the Metro C3752. This device is designed with a slider mechanism, sporting a 3-megapixel capable camera. The handset comes preloaded with 8 regional language setup. The Metro C3752 has a 6cms TFT display to provide clear view and renders a good backup with its 900 mAH battery.

The devices are affordably priced. The Star II Duos is available for Rs. 6,920, Metro Duos for Rs. 4,240 while Metro C3752 is available for Rs. 5,270.
