720p video is a name for a category of High definition videos. High definition videos are those videos, which have a very high resolution. The quality of the picture depends on its resolution. The higher resolution it has the more clear it will appear on the screen. But every phone or every device does not support it.

720p video has a resolution of 1280 x 720 and wave525 only supports upto 240 x 400 resolution videos. So, in this case the HD video will not run on this phone.

There are a lot of misleading answers doing rounds on the web. For instance, some quack Gurus claim that by reducing the resolution size of the video you can play it.

But this is not possible at all because you cannot reduce the resolution size of a video from 1280 x 720 to 240 x 400 pixels. If it would have been possible then the company itself would have declared it earlier itself.
