Beetel Teletech unveiled its first tablet device, Magiq in the market earlier this month. The 3G tablet is up on pre-order at Lets Buy for just Rs 9,899. The expected arrival has been mentioned as the second week of September.
Equipped with a 7 inch capacitive touchscreen, two camera, a front VGA camera and a 2-megapixel camera at the rear, the device packs in a 1Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor under its hood.
Supporting a 8 GB built-in storage and a long lasting 2200 mAh battery life, the tablet created quite a buzz over the net, with neatly priced package of Rs. 9999. Beating its closest competitor Reliance 3G tablet at Rs 12,999, Magiq, no surprises created a mass appeal setting the trend for under Rs 10,000 tablets.
One of the main selling points of the tablet is its 3G connectivity, which gives you the high-speed internet on the go along with Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth for file sharing and HDMI Port for exporting videos to larger screens.
Whether it is social networking, eMailing or any other web based function, Magiq gives you a seamless interface and a lightening speed. A powerhouse multimedia device, Magiq will not fail to create its magic.
The company as we had reported earlier is preparing for a mega diwali launch. According to the company’s CEO and ED Vinod Sawhny, their design and development team is working on prototype devices that ‘will change the landscape of the Indian mobile market’ with their Diwali launch. Rumors indicate a Qualcomm 1 GHz Snapdragon processor and Android 2.3 smartphone for Rs. 9000 in the pipeline.
It looks like Beetel is saving the best for last.
