Windows phone 7 have not yet been launched in India. But it is speculated that they will enter the Indian market very soon. If you are looking for a phone with dual SIM and QWERTY keypad then you will certainly get a lot more options in the Android handsets such as LG Optimus Pro and LG Optimus Net.

However, if you want to know about Windows Phone that will have the dual SIM compatibility and QWERTTY keyboard then HTC Titan,HTC 7 Pro, Dell Venue Pro and Samsung SGH-i677 would be something to look out for.

HTC Titan: HTC Titan is blessed with 4.7-inch touch screen. It has 8-megapixel rear camera and 1.3 front camera. This handset is equipped with 1.5 Ghz processor for high-speed processing and it supports Wi-Fi and 3G-connectivity. It has QWERTY keypad and dual SIM compatibility.

Dell Venue Pro: Dell Venue Pro is expected to arrive in India soon. It has a 4.1-inch WVGA touchscreen with a sliding, full QWERTY keypad.

HTC 7 Pro: HTC 7 Pro is a Windows phone 7 phone. It has a capacitive touch screen with 480 x 800 pixels resolution. It supports Wi-Fi and 3G network.

Samsung SGH-i677: This handset will have all the features that you are looking for. It is a Windows Phone Mango operated handset. It has a QWERTY keypad and supports dual SIM as well.

Windows Operating system for mobiles is still developing, so Android is a better option.
