For those waiting for more information on upcoming HTC Sensation XE, here is an update. The next-gen smartphone has been officially launched by HTC recently. A slightly improved version of HTC Sensation, the Sensation XE model is the first HTC Smartphone to benefit directly from company's alliance with Beats by Dr. Dre.

Speaking of pricing, confusion still prevails over the price tag of HTC Sensation XE since no official word from HTC has arrived regarding the pricing of device. As far as buyers in Europe & Asia are concerned, they will have to wait for few days, as the device will go on sale in these regions later this month.

HTC Sensation XE features a much-improved 1.5 GHz Qualcomm processor that guarantees smooth operating experience. On top of that, a bigger battery has been provided to facilitate extra talktime hours for users. However, the most striking feature of this smartphone is the integration of Beats Audio tech that enhances consumer's mobile experience.

In words of Mr. Jason Mackenzie, President - Global Sales and Marketing, HTC Corporation, "Audio is a crucial part of any consumer’s mobile experience and we are continually pushing the audio boundaries to encompass not only improved voice but music, movies and games”. Much to users delight, special Beats by Dr. Dre in-ear headphones too have been given. When attached with Dr. Dre headphone, the phone will automatically start the Beats audio sound profile. 

In addition, of a 4.3-inch qHD display, HTC Sensation XE is powered by Android 2.3.4 OS coupled with HTC Sense 3.0 version. HTC has also given the phone an 8 MP snapper for people who cherish capturing moments and creating memories on the go.
