HTC has sent out a flyer with the byline –“Come celebrate in style with HTC.” Its acting president Michael Fitcher has already set the rumor mill working overtime by commenting - “ iPhones are no longer cool.”
So, what plans does HTC have? While HTC is holding its cards close to its chest, Know your mobile scoops up everything that can be expected to be launched at the HTC event.
HTC Vigor:
HTC’s Vigor handset was announced at the FCC this year. This LTE-powered device offers CDMA/EVDO support. While HTC has been silent on the specs of this phone, we are expecting it to be powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core CPU along with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB internal storage.
Moreover, it would be an audio-centric device that would offer Beats audio headphones along with Dr. Dre’s Beats audio feature that accompanies HTC devices starting with the Sensation XE.
HTC Bliss:
HTC Bliss is supposed to be HTC's women-centric handset. It was leaked back in July in this year. It is expected to be an upper-range Android smartphone.
The leaked photos of the Bliss show it inside some kind of cradle indicating that it might come with some kind of wireless charger. At present, there is no information about any women-centric features the Bliss might be offering.
HTC Ruby:
HTC Ruby too, was leaked back in July. The leaked images show a curved-edge handset that features a dual-flash camera at the back and a 3.5mm audio jack at the top.
Like most HTC smartphones, the Ruby is touted to support an Android OS. HTC has neither denied nor confirmed rumors about the Puccini as yet.
HTC Puccini tablet:
HTC is slated to release a 10-inch Android tablet codenamed the Puccini. The Puccini is expected to be a 4G LTE-enabled tablet . HTC is set to opt for a powerful processor, possibly one above 1.5 GHz
We are eagerly waiting for the Honeycomb-equipped HTC Puccini.
HTC recently announced its two Windows Phone Mango based devices – the Titan and the Radar. While the Titan sports a 4.7-inch WVGA display 1.5 GHz processor, 16 GB memory and an 8-megapixel camera, the Radar supports a smaller 3.8-inch WVGA display along with a 1GHz processor and 5-megapixel Flash camera.
Whatever HTC has up its sleeve, trust us to keep you updated.
