Bada fans in India will soon get the taste of Samsung's Bada 2.0 powered handset, Wave 3. According to Sammy Hub, a Samsung representative confirmed the arrival of Samsung Wave 3 in November (in India) at the Bada developer day in Bangalore.
Sporting a 4 inch Super AMOLED screen, Samsung Wave 3 comes equipped with a 1.4GHz processor and a 5-mega pixel camera with 720p HD video recording. The battery life of 1500mAh assures mobile users plenty of time to talk, play and watch. The other stock features include Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, microSD card slot.
With Bada 2.0 fans can expect a slew of exciting features including seamless multi-tasking, NFC, voice recognition and Wi-Fi Direct. It also packs in the Emulator, Profiler and Performance Analyser optimizing the use of memory and processing power.
Earlier this month Samsung also revealed two other Bada 2.0 running handsets - Wave M and Wave Y at IFA event in Germany. Both the devices in addition to Wave 3, feature Samsung's own instant messaging service 'Chat On'.
Samsung's Wave series has been immensely popular in India. Wave 3's predecessor Wave 2 which sports a 1 GHz processor, 3.7-inch screen, 3G network support, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a 5-mega pixel camera continues to enjoy popularity in India.
With Samsung galaxy S2 we thought that the korean giant had delivered its best for the year, but little did we know that it was just warming up. According to a leaked Samsung roadmap we are expecting to see Windows Phone 7 Mango, two tablets and a Android Ice Cream Sandwich device, widely speculated to be Google’s Nexus Prime this year.
