Samsung launches Champ 3.5G, Chat 527 and Primo 3G devices in India

Samsung has come up with three new 3G handsets in India namely Champ 3.5G, Chat 527 and Primo.

Samsung Champ 3.5G is a touch screen phone, Samsung Chat 527 is a QWERTY phone, while the Samsung Primo is a classic looking phone embedded with 3G and 5-megapixel camera. These all mobile phones are priced between Rs. 5,500 to Rs. 6,500 and seems to be targeted on different sections.

The Samsung Champ 3.5G comes equipped with 2.8-inch touch screen and a 2-megapixel rear Camera along with a front facing camera. The marvelously designed handset embeds a 30 MB on-board memory, which can be enhanced up to 16GB. The Champ 3.5G comes equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and a 1000 mAh battery that makes it even more interesting. Besides, it also offers Instant Messengers such as Yahoo, MSN & GTalk and Push Email with Active Sync.

The Samsung Chat 527 (S5270) sports an attractive 2.4-inch and a QWERTY keypad with optical track pad. Other than this, it also supports 16GB of external memory, an MP3 player and an FM radio for entertainment. The device has a 1000mAh battery that lasts longer and allows you to enjoy music for hours. Also, the Chat 527 embeds native Facebook and Twitter apps and popular Instant Messengers such as MSN, GTalk, Yahoo and Facebook Chat.

The Samsung Primo (S5610) is a classic slim handset with 2.4 inch display and a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and a secondary VGA camera. Other features include, 16GB of enhanceable memory, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and 1000mAh battery.

Samsung Champ 3.5G is priced at Rs. 5,590, Samsung Chat 527 at Rs. 5,930 while the price of Samsung Primo is Rs. 6,590.
