HTC Rhyme: Everything you need to know

HTC has finally launched the much-awaited handset HTC Rhyme in US. Initially the company wanted to launch it with the name of HTC Bliss, which was actually more feminine and target at girls, but don’t know what has happened to the HTC guys and why did they changed its name at the eleventh hour from HTC Bliss to HTC Rhyme.

But does the change of name really matter a lot? I guess no, because it still offers the same specs that it was offering earlier. Its sleek shape and designing particularly makes it a girlish phone. But what else it has? It is an integration of three changes that HTC has brought in this phone one is its new sleek design, second is its refreshed version of HTC Sense and third is the more advanced accessories with which it is equipped.

Design: It was expected that its design would aim at girls, but its design doesn’t say so. It’s a unisex phone and good for all. The phone resembles a lot to the HTC Desire S and Wildfire S. The phone comes in three colours clearwater, hourglass, and plum. Its body is sleek and it looks lightweight as well. Much information is not yet available about its dimensions and body texture.

Specs: HTC Rhyme is equipped with 3.7-inch WVGA (480 x 800 pixels) super LCD display, 5-megapixel-rear camera and front facing VGA camera. With the 5-megapixel camera, you can click five consecutive shots at a time and you can go into the panoramic mode as well. It has autofocus, LED flash and instant shutter for capturing instant pictures.

The phone runs on Android 2.3 OS and it is powered with Qualcomm MSM 8655,1Ghz processor. The phone has 1600mAh Li-Ion battery, 3.5mm headset jack and high quality stereo sound.

HTC Sense: This phones comes with a refreshed HTC Sense feature, which makes the home screen of the phone more clear and uncluttered to interact with the essentials. 

Accessories: The most amazing part about this handset is integrated accessories. Some accessories you will get along with the handset and some you can purchase separately. For instance, this handset supports the wireless Bluetooth earphone. You can purchase the wireless speakers also that you can clip on the sun visor of your car so that you can play music without connecting it to any USB or using any cord.

HTC Rhyme Charm: HTC Rhyme Charm is a cord that emits light and informs you about the calls and messages.
