iPhone 5 comes with iOS 5 and iCloud?

It is no secret that the Apple’s iPhone is a smartphone legend in is own charts. Apple has turned on the heat by sending out press invites for the official release taking place in Apple headquarters on October 4th.

The iPhone 5 is being considered no less than a revolutionary device. While there are many rumors floating about what the device would be capable of, the prominent ones amongst those include a slide-out keyboard, a 4.5 or 5-inch touchscreen, an aluminum unibody, a curved glass screen and what not.

iOS 5

Apple is said to debut the next version of its operating system with the iPhone 5. The iOS 5 is being called the most advanced operating system the world has ever seen.

It comes with features such as an improved lock screen, home screen, icons along with features such as Newsstand, a reminder that automatically syncs with iCal and iWork. The iOS 5 will also have complete integration with Twitter. With your iPhone 5, you would just need to sign in once and you can forever check your account.

Moreover, you can connect wirelessly to multiple devices with the iOS 5 for e.g. if you want to play an iPhone 5 video on your TV, you will no longer need an HDMI, you can just connect both devices using Wi-Fi and watch your videos with ease.

iCloud

Apple is touted to offer free 5GB cloud storage with the iPhone 5. Because of iCloud, you would no longer need to sync your iPhone with a PC. In fact, your iTunes library would be present in a cloud and whenever you put your iPhone 5 at charge, it will automatically sync itself with iTunes using a Wi-Fi connection.

iMessage

Apple has already announced that it would be coming up with its messaging service called iMessage. Using iMessage you would be easily able to message to other iPhones, free of cost and without any limits.

4G capabilities

While the present iPhone is only 3G capable, the iPhone 5 would be not only 3G but also 4G compatible. It would also enable you to easily have a 3G or 4G video chat.  

The Apple iPhone 5 is also speculated to be embedded with an NFC chip making it even more capable of connecting with other devices seamlessly.

Improved Camera

Picking up from iPhone 4’s 5-megapixel camera, the iPhone 5 would feature an 8-Megapixel HD snapper.  Using iOS 5, you would also be able to edit the captured images in the iPhone itself.

While smartphones equipped with 3D cameras have also arrived on the smartphone scene, Apple is currently not expected to provide us with a 3D iPhone.    

Thinner body, more storage

The iPhone 5 is touted be more sleeker than the previous iPhone. Along with Aluminum unibody, it is touted to have a Chromium finish along with a glass screen.

Along with that, it is speculated to offer 32 GB inbuilt memory with 64 GB MicroSD support.
