Research In Motion, the BlackBerry mobile maker company has recently launched the much-awaited Curve series smartphone, Curve 9360 in India. Priced at Rs. 19,990, the phone is equipped with a lot of new features, which were missing, in its previous models. Lets go through its ultimate guide to know it better.
Design: This next generation Curve handset has come with a revamped look. This time it is manufactured ergonomically, it has much easy to use keypad with fast and accurate typing. It has intuitive trackpad that really works smoothly. The Phone has 2.44-inch(diagonally) Transmissive TFT display. The dimension of this handset is - 109mm x 60mm x 11mm while it weighs just 99g.
Technology: The phone supports Quad-band: 850/900/1800/1900Mhz GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks, Tri-band: UMTS networks: (800/850)/1900/2100Mhz OR 900/1700/2100Mhz UMTS. The phone is powered with 800 Mhz processor, which makes the phone faster in using multiple applications at the same time. The phone has 512 eMMC/512MB RAM. The memory is extendable up to 32GB using the microSD card.
Connectivity: The phone runs on the latest operating system - BlackBerry OS 7. It supports the Wi-Fi connectivity and it has Bluetooth v2.1+EDR and it packs in the latest technology NFC (Near Field Communication). Through this technology you can pair your device with other NFC accessories. It also has 3.5 mm jack and microSD card slot.
Camera: The phone is equipped with 5-megapixel camera which is really awesome. The picture quality is mind blowing and the camera has face detection feature, flash, VGA video recording (640 x 480). Image stabilization, scene modes, Geo-tagging and 4x Zoom.
