
Rumor: Samsung to launch Bada 2.0 smartphones Wave Y, Wave M and Wave 3 in India today?

The highly anticipated Bada 2.0 powered smartphones from the Samsung stable - Wave Y, Wave M and and Wave 3 may be unveiled today in New Delhi

We have received a invite to "Samsung’s New Innovations in the Mobile Arena" and according to our sources the event which will be held today in New Delhi will see the launch of three smartphones.
Since Samsung is going big on its Bada 2.0 OS and had promised us earlier in the months, arrival of Wave 3 by October, the event could see the launch of the smartphone. We are speculating that giving company to Wave 3 will be the other two Bada 2.0 powered devices - Wave Y and Wave M.
With Bada 2.0 fans can expect a host of exciting features including seamless multi-tasking, NFC, voice recognition and Wi-Fi Direct. The smartphones will also be seen packing in the emulator, profiler and performance analyser which optimizes the use of memory and processing power.
Samsung Wave 3
Sporting a 4 inch Super AMOLED screen, Samsung Wave 3 comes equipped with a 1.4GHz processor. Strapped with a 5-mega pixel camera with 720p HD video recording, the smartphone packs in a long battery life at 1500mAh assuring mobile users plenty of time to talk, play and watch. The other stock features include Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, microSD card slot.
Samsung Wave M
Samsung Wave M packs in a 3.65-inch TFT LCD display with HVGA (480x320) support and a strong 832 Mhz processor that allows multi-tasking. The Samsung smartphone embeds a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash for crystal clear images and Samsung's proprietary messaging service known as Chat On.
Samsung Wave Y
Lastly we have the Samsung Wave Y. Aimed at the younger generation, the smartphone has a 3.2-inches TFT LCD display. The smartphone comes with a 2-megapixel camera with LED Flash and a 832 Mhz powerful processor. It comes with similar stock features including the Samsung Chat On messaging service.
