iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S predictions
Published on Oct 4, 2011
October 4 might be an another wonderful date for Apple and its admirers, however I have a feeling that it won't be,
May be you find me pessimistic or I dislike the excessively costing technology, but I find iPhone 4 quite boring. Even, I don't think the new iPhone from Apple would make any difference that would make stunned.
Besides, I find the iOS quite illogical and weird. It is quite painful to be forced to use iTunes. Also, its Game Center appears something like Xbox Live, which seems to have accidentally step in. The cost of the device is overpriced, whereas its performance is behind in comparison to the average flagship Android smartphones.
In addition, I personally feels Windows Phone will have the monopoly on ease of use when handsets with Mango update are there in the market. In-fact, now India has got its first Windows Phone that is Samsung Omnia W and following this several other brands are also expected to release their Windows enabled smartphones very soon.
If an amateur can't press big, brightly-coloured boxes, those petite iOS icons won't be so convenient to use. Moreover, you can't forget the most irritating auto-correct attribute named as man resides on iOS.
So, what the company can do to retrieve the old flame? Truely there are just two options striking me. One is to come up with a super-powerful iPhone 5 that once again would make it the super seller of smartphones across the globe. While the other option is to work on its OS and make some necessary improvements to it.
My predictions about the upcoming iPhone are:
- A faster and better processor certainly a dual core processor
- Thinner in dimensions quite like Samsung Galaxy S2
- Better social networking integration and options
- A bigger screen better than recently announced Galaxy Note
Let's see what Apple is about to introduce today, an iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 or both of them. But, I hope the iPhone 4S must be focused on those users who can't afford costly smartphone.
