Apple has released many products at the ‘Lets talk iPhone’ event. Besides the iPhone 4S, Apple has also released a new iPod Nano and a new iPod Touch. Lets take a look at iPod Nano, Apple’s option for those who don’t want to shell out the moolah for an iPod Touch, but want a good iPod in their hands just the same.
The first look at the iPod Nano certifies that it has undergone drastic changes. The iPod Nano size has been cut down almost to half and new buttons have been added.
Along with that, the software and graphics have also been modified to provide you with a better audio/visual experience. Moreover, the new iPod Nano comes with added features such as FM listening, real-time voice feedback and more.
Know Your Mobile provides you a round up of 5 features we like best about the new iPod Nano.
Attractive Looks
Apple has really gone the distance on the iPod Nano revamp. It has cut down the screen size, almost in half. In fact, it now looks like a mini version of the iPod Touch with its 1.54-inch TFT Touchscreen, which provides a 240 x 240 pixel resolution.
FM Radio
The new iPod Nano is FM Radio supportive. Along with providing you access to an 8GB/16GB iTunes library, it also provides an inbuilt FM Radio.
Along with that, it also gives you 15-minute playback recording i.e. you can ‘live pause’ a radio episode that you are listening to and listen it afterwards.
Screen reader
Using iPod Nano’s voice-over feature, you can actually give voice commands to the iPod using the headphone mic.
iPod Nano Clip
iPod Nano now comes with a clip that makes it easy to carry around. You can just chug it around by attaching it your belt.
Stronger battery
The iPod Nano comes with an improved battery which gives you around 24 hours of playback when the iPod is fully charged.
