Following closely in the footsteps of Samsung, who recently unveiled its first Windows Phone 7, Omnia W, today HTC joined the Windows Phone bandwagon with its powerful smartphone HTC Radar.
Faisal Siddiqui, Country Manager, HTC India said, " The new HTC Radar smartphone raises the bar with new advanced technology with new photography, multimedia and social capabilities that enable you to take advantage of the latest Windows Phone innovations."
The HTC Radar comes in an attractive package comprising of the aluminum uni-body, compact size and finish. Priced at Rs 23,990 on best buy, the smartphone comes equipped with a 3.8 inch LCD touchscreen display with 480x800 resolution.
Powered by the almighty 1 Ghz Snapdragon processor and the new Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) operating system, Radar is bound to garner lot of eyeballs.
The smartphone is strapped to a 5-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front facing camera and offers 720p HD video recording capability. A 8GB on-board storage memory and a powerful battery back up of 1520 mAh offers HTC Radar users a talk time of 10 hours on GSM and up to 8 hours on 3G.
The additional must have include G-sensor, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor and excellent connectivity options through Bluetooth, WiFi, 3G and GPRS.
