Microsoft announces Windows Phone in India

Microsoft Corporation India finally launched its first Windows Phone in India, featuring excellent functionalities such as latest rich and dynamic UI of live titles and Hubs.

The new smartphone allows users to swiftly search, connect and get the stuffs they desire. The latest operating system offers a hitch-free transitional UI, dubbed as Metro. This new user interface looks appealing and modern design based on few principles that are quite modern, lively in motion, authentically digital and clean.

Mr. Bhaskar Pramanik, Chairman, Microsoft India stated during the launch, " We are incredibly excited about today's unveiling of Windows Phone. With Windows Phone,we have looked at the consumer experience in an absolutely fresh way, and the end result is an operating system that is stylish, innovative and one that seamlessly integrates the most sought after user experiences such as search, gaming, email and social networks across Bing, Office, Xbox Live , Facebook, Twitter and more."

Mr. Vikas Arora, Group Director - Operating  Channel, Microsoft told media that "Windows Phone is for people who are ready for a new phone experience, one that brings together the things you care about in a way that uniquely represents who you really are - whether at work or play."

New Live Titles have take place of the ordinary application icons in the Windows Phone start screen, due to which it eagerly shows all the critical informations in a single view. The Live Title feature provides with real time updates from the Internet, which includes your friend's status, news or even an appointment.

In fact, the users can conveniently create new Live Titles from whatever content  they desire, for websites, applications and music.
