LG is going to launch its two new creations this week. Dubbed as Optimus Pro and Optimus Net, both these devices sport the latest Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. The Optimus Pro embeds a Qwerty keyboard and is designed in a candy bar shaped casing. However, on the other hand the Optimus Net offers a full touchscreen experience.
Both new LG mobile phones are featured with dual-SIM mechanism for few selected markets like Asia. With these two new gadgets, LG is targeting the mid-level Android smartphone range.
The Optimus Pro has a 2.8 inch capacitive touchscreen display and an easy texting Qwerty keyboard. The device comes with both touch and type mechanism that makes it LG's first handset of this kind. Power packed with an 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7227T processor, the device also includes a 256 MB of RAM and 512 MB ROM.
The latest LG Optimus Pro offers easy social networking and texting. It comes equipped with a 3-megapixel camera supporting 4x Zoom and includes accelerometer and proximity sensors. For connectivity, it has Bluetooth 3.0 and Wi-Fi.
On the other hand, the LG Optimus comes equipped with 3.2-inch capacitive touch screen supporting HVGA (320x480) pixel resolution. The device is also equipped with 800 Mhz Qualcomm MSM7227T processor, 512 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM.
The new Optimus Net also runs on the latest Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and Optimus UI 2.0. Moreover, it also embeds the same 3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), A-GPS support and a strong 1500mAh battery.
