The Korean manufacturer Samsung unveiled its latest tablet, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus running over Honeycomb OS. The tablet will be available in the U.S  from November 13th, it has been priced at $399.99 (Rs.20,000 approx.). However, pre orders for the device have already started from yesterday.

The new Samsung tablet with WiFi only model is available on pre order  at most of the online shopping portals, which are offering the device for $399.

The company's recent release didn't mention the price and availability of the other Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus variants featuring 32GB internal storage and/or cellular connectivity, however it's expected that they'll arrive soon.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is the latest tablet under its Galaxy line of smart devices. It runs latest Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS and sports a 7-inch display supporting a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. The Samsung gadget comes with a 16GB of storage and is power packed with 1.2GHz dual-core Exynos processor.

The tablet is quite different as it focuses on home entertainment features. The Tab 7.0 Plus features a Peel Smart Remote TV application, which let the users to tap on the screen to quickly find and watch TV shows, not only on its own but on any other brand's TV or home entertainment system.

The original Galaxy Tab, was announced with a 7-inches display last year running over Android 2.2 Froyo. The earlier released device was heavier in size and had just a 1 GHz single-core processor, unlike the new Tab 7.0 Plus that has a dual core processor.

We just hope to see the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus soon in India.
