Latest leak: Official specs sheet and photos for Motorola Droid 4 surface online

The very first images of the Motorola Droid 4 smartphone came out just a month ago and now the recent reports peg the launch of the super stunning device next month i.e December 8. The official specs sheet, spotted on Droid-life, confirm most of the rumored Droid 4 specs.

The Motorola Droid 4 to a great extend reads like Motorola Razr. The upcoming Droid 4 is power packed with a similar 1.2 GHz dual-core CPU (however it is not clear, whether it will house the same OMAP 4430) that RAZR includes.

The Motorola smartphone comes equipped with a 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB storage that provides enough space for data, documents, pictures and videos. The specs also confirms a 8-megapixel main camera as well as an HD front camera, which is likely to be  1.3-megapixel camera just like the Razr.

The major difference between both the devices is that DROID 4 sports  4-inche qHD screen, which is lesser in size than RAZR's 4.3-inches display. Apart from this DROID 4 supports a world-phone radio and is available with the support for LTE, CDMA as well as GSM.

As the DROID 4 comes in the slider design, it is a tad bit bulky. The specs sheet indicates its 2.8 x 5 x .5 inches (71 x 127 x 12.7mm) and 179 grams measurements.  A powerful 1785 mAh battery that renders hours of talk time features as another one of its strong points.

Just when we were thinking that we have probably seen the best that this year has to offer, Motorola springs a surprise. Wondering if there are more goodies coming up next month. We say aye-aye!
