HTC unveils Sensation XL with Beats Audio integration in India. Closely following its sibling Sensation XE, HTC Sensation XL takes the mobile entertainment to a whole new level for mobile users in India.
Featuring a unique audio tuning by Beats, HTC Sensation XL packs in a light weight Beats headphones to integrate with the Beats’ audio profile on the device. The built-in microphone make hands-free calling easy and the on-cable ControlTalk remote control allows customers to pause, advance or rewind while answering a call mid-track.
“With Beats Audio, the HTC Sensation XL continues HTC’s commitment of delivering the best audio possible on your phone whether you’re listening to music, watching a movie or playing a game,” said Faisal Siddiqui, Country Head, HTC India. The device comes equipped with a 4.7-inch screen and a 8-megapixel camera, featuring a f/2.2, 28mm wide-angle lens with BSI sensor. HTC Sensation XL is scheduled for a Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) update in early 2012.
Priced quite steeply at Rs 39,990, HTC Sensation XL tops the chart as the most expensive Android phone till date. The USP of the device is its Beats Audio integration, but is that worth Rs 39,990?
