Notion Ink has been following the ICS trail even before the OS was released to the public. The firm had confirmed an upgrade to the system back in September and as soon as Google made the source code of the OS public, it began building on it. Now it looks like its development is complete and Adam is all set to rock Android 4.0.

The tablets Eden UI sets it apart from its peers. It is easy to use and makes multi tasking a breeze. Adam’s Tegra 2 processor adds to its capabilities. The tablets responses are smooth and quick. Notion Ink boasts of an incredible battery life which promises to last through some pretty intense 3D gaming.

The tablets Transflective Display adapts to lighting conditions around it with the help of ambient light sensors. This makes it possible for users to read their e-books even in bright sunlight without having to strain their eyes. Alternatively, users can opt for a brilliant back-lit LCD screen for their tablet.

Adam’s 185 degree swivel camera makes it easy to click pictures anywhere, anytime, at any angle. Among many other features, the tablet offers a 1080p HD output via HDMI and connectivity through 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. Of course, it can be connected to a computer with a USB. Users can expand Adam’s memory up to 128GB as well.

Notion Ink’s smart device is almost a year old, having released in January with Android 2.2 Froyo. Of course, it upgraded to Honeycomb later. The new ICS upgrade has taken it a notch higher and placed it in the big game which it is sure to give some tough competition to leading market players.
