A selection of images from Sony Ericsson's 13-megapixel LT28 Aoba smartphone have popped up online.
Curiosity levels have been quite high ever since news leaked about the two upcoming handsets by Sony Ericsson. Codenamed Aoba and Nozomi.
While we have seen several leaked pictures of Nozomi, its sibling – the Aoba – has remained relatively well hidden. This is no longer the case.

The stunning device will be seen sporting a 4.55-inch screen, a dual core 1.5GHz processor and Adreno 220 chipset for graphical sharpness.
The USP of the smartphone is its whopping 13-megapixel camera, which will be capable of recording high definition videos with 1280x720 pixel resolution.
Unfortunately the phone will not be Ice Cream Sandwich operated, which is quite disappointing. But it will be launched with Android, 2.3.7 (Gingerbread).
With the CES 2012 just two months away, Sony Ericsson may throw in a surprise Android 4.0 update.
Aoba will be highly competitive in the smartphone market and take the amazing Xperia level one step further. This will be a challenge for other smartphones.
