Toshiba excites its fans with Excite X10, world's thinnest tablet at CES 2012

Toshiba has unveiled the world's thinnest tablet.
Dubbed Excite X10 (AT200), the slimmest Android tablet in the world operates on Android Honeycomb operating system.
The device is 7.7mm thick which makes it slimmer than even Apple's iPad 2 at 8.8mm.
The tablet boasts of a 10.1-inch display with 1200x 800pixels resolution.
Excite X10 is power packed with a 1.2GHz Texas Instruments OMAP 4430 dual- core processor and is available in two variants of 16GB and 32GB variants with 1GB RAM.
It also includes a micro HDMI output, a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It weighs just 558gms which is again lighter than Apple iPad 2.
From the above picture we can see that the tablet has an elegant look with brushed aluminium- looking finish and a Google’s logo on it.
The device will reach the market in Q1 of 2012. The tablet has been priced at Rs.27,936 for the 16GB variant and Rs. 31,635 for the 32GB version.
