Acer has been demoing its quad-core packing Iconia Tab A700 at CES 2012.
The 10.1-inch quad-core tablet sports a full HD 1080p resolution and is powered with Google's latest Android 4.0.1 operating system.
The device packs in a powerful Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core 1.3GHz processor, a 5-megapixel rear camera along with a front-facing camera.
Measuring 9.8mm in thinness, the tablet supports 16GB, 32GB or 64GB of memory and offers connectivity options through HDMI, micro USB and micro SD slots.

According to the Inquirer, 'the Iconia tablet will be compatible with the firm's newly announced Acer Cloud service. This will allow users to connect their tablet to an Acer PC or ultrabook to retrieve multimedia and data files remotely, even allowing users to wake up their PC remotely from sleep mode.'
It added: 'Acer is the latest manufacturer to offer a cloud service following in the footsteps of Motorola's Motocast app and Apple's iCloud service.'
The Taiwanese manufacturer is expected to launch the device in Q2 of 2012.
