Lenovo has unveiled its Intel Medfield-based Android smartphone, the Lenovo K800.
At CES 2012, Paul Otellini, Intel's CEO announced that the Lenovo K800 would feature an Intel Atom Z2460 chip and will get released in Q2 of 2012.
Based on Android 4.0 operating system with LeOS UI, the Lenovo K800 features a 4.5 inch HD 720p TFT screen. The Android smartphone comes strapped to a 8-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, as well as a front camera for video calling.
The device also offers great connectivity options with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and GPS.

According to thenextweb, folks who got their hands on the Lenovo K800, the smartphone has a 'very 80′s Blade Runner-esque vibe.'
It added: 'although it initially seemed smooth when transitioning between screens and navigating menus, it quickly got bogged down in the same Android lag that we’ve seen plague other devices in the past.'
This makes us wonder if Intel’s 1.6Ghz maybe isn't enough. We will get you a more detailed review of the beast soon.
The device will be launched in China. The company has not given out any details of its global release or pricing.
