iPad 3 may look like iPad 2?

According to Jeremy Howitz, editor-in-chief, iLounge iPad2 and iPad 3 may look identical with some virtually ignorable differences.

Horwitz said: ‘I’d show you a picture, but there’s honestly nothing to be seen. Think iPhone 4 to iPhone 4S. From the back, you could walk past this new iPad on display and have no idea that anything had changed,’.

According to iLounge, iPad 3 will be just 1mm thick from iPad2 but if that is due to some under the hood design difference people won’t mind that. Moreover the camera lens has got bigger but many will miss LED flash. 

The rumour does not cover any specifications like screen resolution, processor, etc.

There are expectations that iPad3 will reach retal outlets in the next two months. Till then we can just pray for Apple to act smartly like it used to  and keep half the world happy and rest in envy.
