BlackBerry BBM plans for Rs 129 for post-paid customers

Airtel has announced BlackBerry BBM plans for its post paid customers at Rs 129 per month.

According to this plan the user can avail 300 local and national messages. The best part about the plan is that it offers unlimited BlackBerry Messenger access.

To avail the ‘BBM plan’ BlackBerry user can either go to nearby store or dial 121.

Blackberry Messenger is an instant messaging app for the BlackBerry smartphone users. So far it is the most well knit service and lets the users' communicate in time with features like easy sharing of pictures, videos, voice notes, files and more.

For BlackBerry also this is a crucial time, keeping users bound to itself and this kind of offer can work well.

Taking a cue Vodafone has also launched similar plans where postpaid customers will get access to BBM at the same amount e.g Rs 129. But unlike Airtel who has not given any plan for pre-paid customers Vodafone has every day plan for Rs 5.

Also on offer are BlackBerry Curve 8520 and Blackberry curve 9300 smartphones till February 2012.

Vodafone subscribers will get unlimited access to BlackBerry Messenger for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
