The Android Gingerbread powered Sony Xperia S will be shipped in the first week of March.
The handsome smartphone is also slated for a Android Ice Cream Sandwich update in the early second quarter this year.
Specs wise the Xperia S features a dual core 1.5GHz processor, Sony's first 720p reality display with Mobile Bravia Engine and a 12-megapixel camera with Sony’s Exmor R sensor.
With additional goodies like 1GB of RAM, 32GB of onboard storage, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, DLNA, HDMI and NFC connectivity, it comes as little surprise why this device has Android fans wagging their tongues.
Recently a online retailer revealed the price of Sony Xperia S. According to Pocketnow, UK retailer Clove has put the smartphone on pre-order for $600 (Rs 30,000).
We don't have any information on its pricing or release date for India yet.
March it seems will probably witness some super amazing launches. Apart from Sony Xperia S, we have the Nokia Lumia 900 arriving on March 18 closely followed by HTC Titan II.
