The Sony Kumquat has leaked online ahead of the Mobile World Congress 2012.
Looking at the leaked picture of the Kumquat we can see it looks pretty identical to the Sony Xperia S that was launched at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
According to the Xperia Blog the phone has a 3.5-inch screen with 854x480pixel (FWVA) resolution. The Sony ST25i is also expected to come loaded with a 1GHz dual-core processor and a 5-megapixel rear camera.
Due to its similarities to Xperia S there is a chance that it will have Android Gingerbread onboard. There is also a possibility of an Android Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade.
The ST25i will be launched as Sony Xperia U.
The recently leaked roadmap of the Sony devices for 2012 featured a list of devices that will be heading to India this year.
