An imagined design of a Lumia tablet borrows the specs and looks of a Lumia phone

A Nokia loyalist has come up with a design idea for his ‘Dream Nokia Device’ in the form of a Lumia Windows 8 tablet. The imagined specs of the tablet have borrowed the best features from the Lumia line of smartphones.
The imagined design of the next gen tablet has been featured on Mynokiablog under ‘Nokia Lumia Coffee Tab Windows 8 Concept’. The tablet is styled on the lines of the N9 and other Lumia handsets. In fact, the blue and black edges of the tablet closely resemble the outline of the N8.
The Lumia Coffee Tab is powered by a 1.4GHz CPU and offers 512MB of RAM. It comes in 3 models of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB and runs on Windows 8. The tablet features a 9.7-inch AMOLED Clear Black display with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels. It sports 2 cameras, a rear-facing 8MP one and a front facing 2MP one. The primary camera has been designed for the top left corner of the tablet and not for its middle. Coffee Tab offers Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity.
At the first glance, the tablet looks a lot like a huge Lumia phone, especially with its blue edging. Though this design might not sound too imaginative, it might just become the tablet’s USP if and when it is made. With the growing popularity of Lumia phones, the thin unibody design is what people have begun to identify with. After all, it was a similar identification that pushed the sale of the iPad, which itself is a giant copy of the iPhone.
