Images of the BlackBerry OS 10 have been leaked in the past, but this new revelation sheds light on some of the core applications

We all love a good BlackBerry rumor, maybe because there isn't a lot happening currently in the world of BB. But there are a few announcements which we look forward to. Take the BlackBerry London for example, this mystery device was caught in action late last year only to reveal that it's one of the few BlackBerry OS 10 handsets in tow.
Well, BlackBerry OS 10 is something that RIM wants to make an impact with. The OS certainly has potential which was evident from the barrage of leaked screenshots that we saw over the past couple of months. And today the list only got bigger with a few more images being leaked.

Crackberry has accessed these images which give us an insight about some core apps of the platform. There seems to be multitasking support which is shown in one of the images. Plus the addition of shortcuts at the bottom of the screen like in Android is very neat as well. Shortcuts like Search, Call and Camera, which we hope is user replaceable is very welcome.
We will have to wait for RIM's official announcement for a more detailed analogy of the new BlackBerry OS 10. Messages and BlackBerry Messenger in particular is what drives users towards the platform and there seems to be a universal inbox for all the messages received (SMS, email, BBM etc).
There is a lot that we haven't seen yet but these three pictures tell us that there's nothing spectacularly different from what we've seen so far from other platforms. So unless there's something big hidden in the OS, we don't see a reason to get excited.
