Facebook for Windows Phone update brings much needed changes

Facebook app gets a facelift on Windows Phone. 

Thanks to the guys Facebook, the app has been finally updated. And no, this isn't one of those minor updates which merely dealt with bug fixes.

The app has received a complete overhaul, which will be evident when the user updates the application and launches the app for the first time.

Users can now add banner images for their background. One can also view likes on posts as well as use the app as a page, which are great additions.

The app's last major update was rolled out when Windows Phone Mango broke cover and this one certainly takes it to the next level.

However, the app is still not short of flaws.
