Samsung to unveil this year’s mobile line-up on March 15

Samsung has scheduled an event on March 15. But is it the Samsung Galaxy S3 launch? 

Samsung has sent out formal invites to a press event scheduled for March 15, 2012.

GSMarena got hold of the simple, classy invitation. The black, white and grey invite doesn’t disclose too much but does specify that March 15 is the day Samsung has set to unveil its much anticipated 2012 line-up.

‘Samsung line-up 2012 Coming Soon’ makes up the header of the invite. The bottom of the invite reads ‘Mark your calendar. Samsung line-up 2012 Coming Soon. Amsterdam. Samsung Electronics Benelux’ and ends with the company’s logo embedded on the bottom right hand corner.

Samsung will hold its press event in Amsterdam on March 15 to showcase its mobile line-up for this year.

Rumours of Samsung’s new devices have been circulating on the web for days now, as have expectations from the company of a new and improved technology.

Smartphone enthusiasts are waiting with baited breath for an announcement of the next-generation Galaxy S III while others are hoping for a range of mid-level handsets.

Though Samsung’s formal invite doesn’t answer any questions as to what the tech major has up its sleeve, it does finally pinpoint a date and time for a revelation.
