Micromax has now officially rolled out its first Android phone Micromax Android A60 at an affordable price in India

The new Micromax A60 runs Android 2.1 Eclair and features a 2.8 inch full touchscreen, 3.2 megapixel camera and voice assisted GPS navigation. The Micromax Android A60 offers 600 MHz processor, GPS, video player with streaming and recording options, audio player and accelerator sensor.Preloaded with Android Market, the device comes with HSDPA 7.2Mbps, HSUPA 5.6Mbps, GPRS, MMS, Bluetooth 2.1 and Wi-Fi. Powered by 1280 mAh Li-ion battery the device offers up to 4 hours of talk time and up to 10 days of standby time. The A60 stores 150 MB internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via memory card.To promote the device, Micromax has also launched a dedicated website 'My First Android' that offers full specifications of the device.
