Motorola recently unveiled its tablet device Motorola Xoom but the company is planning something unique for the Oscar night. All the Oscar nominees including the hosts would get the limited edition gold Xooms. The Xoom will be available in basic black in the retail market but the special version is designed for the Academy Awards ceremony to be held on this Sunday. These limited edition gold Motorola Xoom will come in a custom leather envelope case. The nominees in the Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress and Best Director categories will be receiving these special gold edition Motorola Xooms, reports Engadget.For a quick recap, the newly unveiled Motorola Xoom Tablet device packs two cameras - a 2-megapixel front camera for video chats and a rear-facing 5 megapixel camera. The Xoom comes equipped with NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core proccessor and a 10.1-inch high-definition screen.
