Mobile technologies are gaining momentum to benefit the healthcare industry by offering telemedicine on the mobile devices. The recent launch of eUNO R10 mobile ECG  (electrocardiogram) application allows users to access patient's ECG and heart performance reports on their BlackBerry phones.Dr. Krishnakumar Menon, Managing Director, Maestros Mediline Systems Limited said, "At Maestros we believe in offering innovative technology solutions to help bridge the gap between doctors and patients. We are pleased to offer eUNO R10 mobile ECG solution on BlackBerry smartphones, which will help cardiologists offer medical treatment efficiently irrespective of where they are."The key features of eUNO R10, ECG on Mobile, include remote ECG system connecting Cardiologist, ultra portable 12 lead ECG system, colour LCD display for ECG rhythms, inbuilt modem/blue-tooth connectivity, data transfer via land line/mobile phone and ECG reception on doctors PC/mobile. The eUNO R10 mobile ECG technology is initially adopted in Mumbai's Nanavati Hospital and gradually the services will be rolled out to the other hospitals in India as well.
