Google, in an attempt to bolster its place in the social networking space, has come up with this unique offering. Touted as a move to counter the growing popularity of Facebook and Twitter, eventhough Orkut does enjoy popularity in specific locations, Google Buzz is launched. Buzz comes with some exceptional social networking features that can be managed and updated through Google's omnipresent email services Gmail.Google Buzz is designed in a way that it enables users to easily share/update messages, web links, videos and photos with friends and communities through a one-point platform of Gmail. However, currently Google Buzz is unable to show messages that originate on Facebook as per Google executives.However, there is no setup required for Google Buzz. It automatically lets you follow the people you email and chat with the most in Gmail. You can also share your posts publicly or privately. With Google Buzz feature, users can easily publish their ideas to the world or just to their closest friends. Google Buzz further allows comments right to your inbox so it's easy to keep the conversation going.
