Nokia India has unveiled two new touchscreen enabled mobile phones - Nokia 5530 XpressMusic & Nokia 5230

Nokia 5530 XpressMusic will be priced at Rs 14,029 and Nokia 5230 will come at a price range of Rs 9,389. Both these touchscreen devices will be available for retail in India by the end of December 2009.Citing a report, Nokia Regional General Manager (South) T S Sridhar said, "By 2012, 40 per cent of mobile devices will have touch "sensitive" screen and the market size (of touchscreen models) would reach 90 million devices."Built on the same platform as that of Nokia 5800, Nokia 5530 XpressMusic is upgraded with the option of customising 20 contacts as compared to Nokia 5800, which earlier allowed only four contacts option.Nokia 5530 XpressMusic will sport a stainless steel frame finish. Other than the metal finish look, the key features of Nokia 5530 XpressMusic include Media bar and contacts bar, 27 hrs of music playback (via headphones) and a 3.2 megapixel camera with flash.The other touchscreen device, Nokia 5230 is a 3G compatible mobile phone. It comes with a a 3.2-inch touchscreen display with 360 x 640 pixels. The key features of 5230 model include a two mega-pixel camera, onscreen "QWERTY" keypad, Bluetooth with A2DP, USB 2.0 (micro), stereo FM radio, 3.5mm earphone socket and MicroSD card support.
