This year's CommunicAsia event saw many launches including LG's QWERTY equipped GW550. The handset resembles BlackBerry enterprise phones, and somewhat more close to Nokia's E71. Spec-wise the GW550 features a 2.4-inch QVGA display and a Qwerty keypad just below it. It also features a 3-megapixel camera. The GW550 comes with 7.2Mbps HSDPA and 2.0Mbps HSUPA but seems to be lacking WiFi. Apart of that, it has dual stereo speakers and runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 OS. It also packs in a 1300mAh, long-life battery for less frequent charging needs.
